Thank you for choosing my web design services. Please read this refund policy carefully before making any payments. By engaging my services, you agree to the following terms below.
1. Non-Refundable Deposit
- A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total service charge is required before the work begins.
-This deposit secures your project in the schedule and covers initial planning, design concepts, and administrative costs.
-Under no circumstances will this deposit be refunded!
- The remaining 50% of the service charge is due upon project completion, prior to the delivery of final files or website launch
-If the client decides to cancel the poroject before completion, no refund will be issued for work already completed.
- If cancellation occurs after the project is completed, NO REFUNDS will be issued.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
-Refunds (excluding the non-refundable deposit) may only be considered in cases where:
-The project has not yet begun and no work has been performed.
-Both parties mutually agree to terminate the project.
